Dynamic Development of Family Law in Muslim Countries

Abstract: Dynamic Development of Family Law in Muslim Countries. This article examines the dynamics development/renewal Islamic family law countries. The aim is to obtain a concrete picture development, from its original form, i.e conventional fiqh, become positive and apply it research classified as library using combination historical socio-anthropological approaches. Data were obtained several secondary sources form laws regulations, books, articles, many other documents related topic under study. results this study indicate that role state enforcing legal system absolute, sense can be applied when has been legislated law. Apart that, also found fact three models are development countries, namely; First, still applies (fiqh). Second, carries out reforms within school thought. Third, makes separate religious norms keep up with changes developments society.
